                                During Discovery we understand your business objectives and an accurate view of your IT environment. The overall results of the assessment are split into two main parts –

                                • Health Result: Relates to the current state of the environment. Are the key components and services functioning the way they should, systems online and responsive, and so on.
                                • Risk Result: Relates to the potential future state of the environment. Are there processes, documentation, and systems in place that would help mitigate future problems in the environment? This can include change control, monitoring, SLAs, training, and so on.

                                Based on the assessment findings, your IT goals, business impact and value for your organization, we establish a remediation plan. The plan is customized and prioritized to improve the Active Directory environment.
